Parent and Me classes for students 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old.
Preschool for 4- 5 1/2 years olds.
Kindergarten for students aged 5 1/2-7.
Elementary classes ages7-15.
Adult classes for anyone 16-115.

We provide recreational, culturally rich German lessons for any learner of German, regardless of prior knowledge or study or age, with a current and appealing curriculum. Our instructors are native or near-native speakers of German teaching small classes with no more than 8 students.
German culture is rich and invites us to explore the many facets of a long history, traditions, and current developments. This will be part of every class, and do not be surprised if you learn something about your own culture! All students are invited to take part in German cultural events such as Oktoberfest, Lanternwalk, Fasching etc.
Students 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old learn by playing, singing, doing crafts, and other activities. A snack in the theme of the day is provided. One parent (or grandparent) must attend with the child. Class is 90 minutes long. No prior knowledge of German necessary.
Students 4 to 5 1/2 years old learn songs, have fun with rhymes, do crafts, have a themed snack, work on counting and pre-reading activities, and actively play, while encouraged to use German words and even sentences! Parents are not required to stay. Class lasts for 2 hours. No prior knowledge of German necessary.
Students attending Kindergarten and Elementary School will enjoy age appropriate instruction in German, starting with speaking, understanding, reading and writing, and of course singing and crafts. Class lasts for 2 hours. No prior knowledge of German necessary.
Starting at Beginner levels, with Intermediate and Advanced levels added on demand, parents of Immersion students, and anyone else interested in the culture and language, will enjoy the current materials and cultural insights. Class lasts for 2 hours. No prior knowledge of German necessary for the Beginner class.
Classes are by semesters, with the Fall Semester starting the week after Labor Day, and the Spring Sessions starting the Saturday after the end of Winter Break of the ASD calendar, lasting for 14-16 sessions. It is possible to join during the semester at the discretion of the teacher teaching the desired class at a prorated fee.
